Exhibitor Package

Exhibit registration includes the following equipment and services:

1. Carpeted floor space of 2.5 m wide x 2 m deep (8 ft. x 6.5 ft)
2. One 2 m blue skirted table, two chairs and one waste basket.
3. On-site security when the exhibits are closed.

Exhibit Space Rates:

Non-governmental organization: $100.00 + HST
Other: $250.00 + HST

Additional services such as power outlets, internet access, etc. may be purchased at an additional cost.  Rate sheets will be provided in the exhibitor manual.

NOTE:  Exhibit registration does not include registration to the Metropolis 2008 Conference.

The exhibit registration desk will be located on the show floor.  Exhibitors will pick up their registration package during these hours.
