Description of Registration Fees
Full Conference registration fees include: 1 ticket to each of the Opening Reception and the Closing Fête, as well as, breakfasts, refreshment breaks and lunches.
Full Conference registration fees do not include the study tours, or the graduate student professional development day. Tickets can be purchased separately for these events.
Full Conference registration reduced rate for students includes 1 ticket to the Graduate Student Professional Development Day.
Welcome Reception tickets may be purchased for an additional charge of $40/ticket.
Closing Fête tickets may be purchased for an additional charge of $60/ticket.
Additional tickets for the Opening Reception and Closing Fête may be purchased in advance on the registration webpage or on-site at the registration desk.
Unused tickets will not be refunded.

Payment of Fees
Online payment via the secure registration form may be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Confirmation
Your registration and payment will be confirmed by email. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received. If you are paying by cheque, please allow sufficient time for mailing.
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations or revisions must be submitted in writing by mail, fax or email.
Registration fees, less a $25.00 administration charge, will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing by March 1st, 2008 at 23:59 AST.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 1, 2008.
Unused tickets to the Opening Reception and Closing Fête will not be refunded.
